Legacy Finding Aids
This collection includes legacy finding aids available in paper format in the State Archives Search Room. Finding aids are narrative descriptions of archival materials and often provide more detailed information about individual collections than can be found in the State Archives Discover Online Catalog (DOC), including box and folder lists.
Legacy finding aids are finding aids have not been updated recently. In some cases, they only provide minimal information or include provisional box lists; for this reason they are provided "as is" for the use of the public. If you have questions about these collections or wish to order copies of materials in them, please contact the State Archives of North Carolina at archives@dncr.nc.gov
